We cultivate the traditions of our unique farm with passion and dedication in order to offer our guests an unforgettable experience. Be it in the Buschenschank - tasting entirely according to tried and tested family recipes. Or at events, where we make our farm available as a location. Our historic walls hold stories of times gone by, which we are happy to share with our guests.
A place of encounter and taste

Unique place
The good location encouraged early settlement on the site where our farm now stands. Several coins from Roman times, broken brooches, jug handles, bronze bowls, bronze axes and several arrowheads have been found in the area.
It is said that the first burial site in the whole area was near the farm. A Christian memorial, which stood by the road until years ago, is said to have been a reminder of this. Today, the alleged cemetery is overgrown with 300-year-old chestnut trees. Grave-like traces were still visible until decades ago.
Historic burial site
«Küchenmaierhof»
The name "Viersch" appears as a place name as early as the 10th century. The first mention of a "Mairhofbauern" by name dates back to 1218. As a former bishop's Moarhof (Küchenmaierhof), it played a particularly important role in the area.
